YOGA REDUCE STRESS

Stress is numerous emotional and physical disorders, it include depression, anxiety, heart attacks , stroke, hypertension, immune system disturbance that increase susceptibility to infection. Seven out of eight people in world are now days is living in stress.
Yoga helps in improving physical condition of an person , it help the person to reduce stress . studies have shown that it is very effective at reducing fatigue, improving alertness and concentration and at enhancing overall cognitive function. This can be especially helpful when stress has depleted your energy or ability to concentrate. By playing yoga endorphins – chemicals in the brain which is natural painkiller to the body and also help to reduce the stress in the body . 
Even scientists have also founded that people who are regularly doing yoga find to be more energetic and fresh. It also help to increase feeling of self-esteem and self- efficacy , which can significantly reduce overall stress. So have  having 30 minute of any sports sessions per week can help you to have a healthy life.
