HAVE A NICE SLEEP

Sleep is the collateral damage of these stressful times. Sleep helps to bring down the stress level of a person. Here's how using good essential oil give smell some quality snooze. It once applied to your skin, essential oils are absorbed in the blood within 3 to 5 minutes. Use just a bit on your ear lobes, wrists and soles to let the aroma lull you to quality slumber.
Lavender oil gives pleasant smell and using it for mild insomnia and light headache. Clary sage oil
  is helps to bring down the blood pressure , blood pressure leads to sleep troubles . Frankincense oil help to reduce cancer also it help to reduce the pain and anxiety of childbirth. Jasmine oil help to reduce stress and worries. Vetiver oil help to reduce the pain and aches.
Except lainder oil don't use other oil directly on skin, always mix it with other oils such almond, coconut etc. or you can and few drops in your daily lotion. Don't use this oil on infants under three months. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before using this oil. You can create your own oil by mixing oils, in right quantity.
